Semiautomatic L-Sealer Packaging Machines with Manual Sealing Arm

Performing and user-friendly semiautomatic L-sealer packaging machines with manual sealing arm, offered at a very competitive price. The shrink tunnel is positioned at 90° from the product flow direction.

Flexible Operation Modes

The sealing arm is available in both manual version with magnetic control and semiautomatic version with pneumatic piston control.

The machine includes three control methods: buttons, foot pedal, and timer.

Dual Conveyor System for Better Productivity

Equipped with two independent Teflon mesh conveyor belts:

The first belt moves the product after sealing
The second belt runs through the shrink tunnel

This system allows sealing and shrinking to happen independently, increasing productivity. While the first product is entering the tunnel, the operator can load the next one.

Smart Sealing and Optional Use

The machine can also be used as a sealing station only, without shrinking. A multiple work cycle setting is available to group packages and increase speed: the first belt activates after a preset number of sealed packs.

Intelligent Sealing System

All models include an electronic control system that adjusts and corrects sealing time automatically for precision and reliability.

Packaging Cycle Options

Packaging can be configured so the product either returns to the operator or exits from the opposite side, depending on layout and workflow.
