This is the standard range of Ladypack Sleeve wrapping machines. On request, Pactur also produces customized models, of different sizes, according to specific products. All robust and reliable.
The sleeve wrapping machines are built to pack and protect (bundle) various medium-large and medium-high weight products with shrink film. Just to name a few examples: bottles, jars, pots and jars, reams of paper, ironing boards, ladders, furniture components, wooden planks, metal plates, etc.
The Ladypack S600 – A600 – S802 – A802 sleeve wrappers correspond to three types:
1- semiautomatic, where the operator manually places the product onto the loading table or manually collates the multipack on the loading surface, then he activates the pusher, by pressing two buttons, to transfer the product to the machine;
2- automatic with in-line loading belt, which automatically introduces the bundle into the machine;
3- automatic with collateral, consisting of a motorized belt placed at 90 ° to the machine, sensors for detecting and counting the products, pushers for the composition of the multipack and its transfer to the machine.
both film rolls are placed in low position, which grants the following advantages:
– operator’s safety: the operator does not have to lift a heavy film reel, to place it into a high position, but he just lays them both on the bottom
– quicker film roll change, as a consequence of the above: the operation is made immediate, thanks to the functional positioning of the film.
The unwinding of the shrink film is fluid, because both reels are equipped with a motorized film unwinder.
The cutting blade is made of a teflon-coated knife, at constant temperature.
The standard version of the shrink tunnel is equipped with a metal mesh conveyor belt, suitable for both the use of PE (polyethylene) shrink film and for dragging bulky and heavy products.
A series of optional devices helps to make Pactur sleeve wrappers even more flexible. As an example, the following options can be listed:
– pressure device, with synchronized descent with the movement of the sealing bar, to stabilize the products during the welding phase;
– mechanical overturning device, to facilitate the passage of irregular products from the loading surface to the tunnel belt;
– side sponge rollers, placed at the exit of the tunnel, to lean the edges of the lateral film against the product;
– double belt, to make the sealing time independent from the shrink time and, therefore, to increase productivity.
Moreover, the sleeve wrapping machines, like all the other shrink packaging machines and also the new LINE models of Pactur, all reknown under the Ladypack brand, are also highlighted by their design, which makes them beautiful, practical, reliable, intelligent, robust, safe and economically very convenient. It should be added that the maximum height of the product represents a discriminating parameter: if this figure exceeds 300 ÷ 350 mm, the shrinkwrapper machine becomes the only packaging solution within the range of Pactur’s automatic packaging machines.

The above mentioned models belong to the standard range of semiautomatic and automatic Ladypack sleeve wrapping machines. On request Pactur also produces customized models, of different sizes, according to customers’ specific requirements.
The new S602 shrinkwrapper presented as a novelty at INTERPACK 2023 is smaller and more compact and is managed like the others by PLC and an intuitive touch screen: positioning the second film reel up or down is a choice left to the user’s convenience .
