Customized Sleeve Wrapping Machines

Pactur’s sleeve wrapping machines are designed to securely bundle and shrink wrap a wide range of medium to large, heavy or bulky products using polyethylene (PE) shrink film. These shrink bundling machines are ideal for products such as bottles, cans, jars, reams of paper, ironing boards, ladders, wood panels, and metal sheets.

Available Configurations

We offer three main types of sleeve wrapping machines:

• Semi-automatic sleeve wrappers: Operator loads and positions the pack manually, then activates the pusher.
• Automatic in-line sleeve wrappers: Bundles are automatically fed through a motorized conveyor belt.
• Automatic sleeve wrappers with 90° infeed: Product is detected, counted, and automatically pushed into the wrapping area.

Unique Feature: Dual Low Film Reels

Pactur is one of the few manufacturers offering machines with both shrink film reels placed at the bottom. This unique feature increases:

• Operator safety — no heavy lifting required
• Speed — reel changes are faster and easier

Technical Highlights

• Motorized film unwinders for smooth film feed
• Teflon-coated constant-temperature sealing blade
• Standard shrink tunnel with metal mesh belt, ideal for PE film
• Optional devices include product pressers, tilting systems, and post-tunnel film rollers
